The italian legal system is not the only subject which requires to be analyzed with care. Globalisation, supranational legal systems, worldwide crisis, economic principles and so on... influence italian laws and their rules. Most of the legal acts around the world are written in english and all the communication and information exchange need other technical languages.
For these reasons we decide to write (try to write) some easy article in english. But first of all we want to apologize for the possible mistakes in wich we could incur.
